How it began...

Hey there… Jen here! I wanted to share my background, my experience, and my qualifications to help you feel at ease when choosing to work with me to help manage your Real Estate business. It is important to know you, as a person and as an agent. It’s also important for you to know who you are working with as your Transaction Coordinator representing your business and livelihood. With that said, enjoy the read and welcome to a glimpse of my life professionally and personally! I can’t wait to get to know you too!

I accidentally got into Real Estate in 2014. I started working with a Real Estate Agent who offered me a job as her Transaction Coordinator and I took her up on the offer. Between her guidance, being a self-learner and wanting to know everything I could about Real Estate… the industry grabbed my interest. I wanted to learn more, know more and experience more… I couldn’t get enough.

The next few years, while still TC-ing for her on the side, I tried working with several different transaction management companies. The results were always the same… An impersonal, stale, cookie cutter approach to managing transactions. I don’t know about you, but I have a personality and if I learned anything over the years, I learned that no two people are the same and no two transactions are the same. Each Agent and each Brokerage have different needs. Different likes/dislikes. Different requirements. Different standards. Each client has a different situation and reason why they are buying or selling their home. That reason may not always be a positive one. A good TC needs to know how to adjust, adapt and read a person and the situation. Each company needs to understand that cookie cutting the transaction processes is impersonal and monotone. Buying and selling a house is very personal and the person you choose to help you manage the process needs to be very Mindful of that.
